With this text, as the data controller, we fulfill the disclosure obligation specified in Article 10 of the PDPL, and thus, we inform you, our website visitors, in detail about the processing processes of your personal data that we have processed specific to the activities you perform on “manivelaventures.com” (“Website”).

Within the scope of your specified rights, you can submit your requests via registered letter with return receipt requested, in person, in writing through a notary public, registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature or by using your e-mail address if you have an e-mail address that you have previously notified us and registered in our system, or by contacting us through a software or application developed for the purpose of application. Your requests will be finalised free of charge within the specified period.
As stated in the “Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller” published by the Personal Data Protection Authority in the Official Gazette dated 10 March 2018 and numbered 30356, your requests in your application will be answered free of charge, however, if the response to your application is given in writing, you may be charged 1 TL for each page over the first ten pages and a fee not exceeding the cost of the recording medium if the response is given in a recording medium such as CD, flash memory. If your application is caused by our error, the fee will be refunded to you.
Your application will be answered in accordance with the relevant provisions stipulated in the PDPL, and Manivela Ventures may request some verifying information from you in order to confirm that the applicant is the right person.
